how do I purchase my garden design?

All Bronze garden designs are FREE, as are Silver garden designs. You can download our Silver garden designs in a range of different design styles, lifestyles and plot sizes. Simply browse through the Silver design section, and select the garden designs that you wish to download, and click the L or R to open your garden design as a PDF document, using Adobe Acrobat reader.

Gold garden designs are priced dependant on garden size. Order a Gold by completing a Garden Menu, placing a deposit and completing the Site Sketch pack you receive by email or download from your ONLINE MERCHANT RECEIPT. Return these to us and we will confirm receipt of your packs by email, confirm your garden size and hence the price.

With your Concept Design complete, we will send you an email with a link to follow to pay for your design online using your credit or debit card. Click the 'Buy Now' button, and then the 'Checkout' button and follow the instructions to pay for your design.

Once full payment is received, we will dispatch your Gold Garden Design printed package by first class post. Visit the Gold Garden Design page for up to date prices.

what payment cards do you accept? (Gold designs)

Applegate Gardens Ltd. process all credit and debit card payments through World Pay, the leading provider of secure online card processing in the UK, accepting Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, JCB and Visa Electron cards.

WorldPay is authorised by all the major banks and card companies in the UK to carry out the processing of credit and debit card transactions. WorldPay uses 128-bit encryption, the strongest commercially available form of encryption on the internet.

Applegate Gardens Ltd. do not have access to your card details, these are passed directly from WorldPay in an encrypted form to your bank over a secure link; both you and Applegate Gardens Ltd. receive a transaction receipt as proof of your purchase. This means that your card details never leave this secure environment.
